We are a group of fully licensed social workers and counselors who strive to provide high quality mental health care to all clients. We believe that every person has a story, and that every story is unique, requiring a unique and individual approach. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and offered high-quality mental health services. We strive to make our practice safe and welcoming to individuals of all races, religions, backgrounds, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, documentation statuses, and income levels. In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in the Landau Building at 5340 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. There is free and easy parking and fast freeway access, making it a great option for clients coming from Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, South Lyon, Plymouth, or Canton. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

Lauren works with families and individuals to foster a supportive and productive space of growth, trust, and healing. With over a decade of experience working across multiple settings with middle and high school aged youth, families, and individuals, Lauren uses a variety of approaches to address client needs including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness and meditation. She is also experienced in working and advocating within the K-12 school system for students experiencing academic and behavioral concerns. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, sexual dysfunction, and self-esteem issues. Lauren sees clients ages 12+ through both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.

Kellie is a passionate and caring professional with a strong background in working with families, teens, young adults and college students. Kellie has over 8 years of experience helping folks navigate life’s challenges and transitions. This sometimes looks like personal or professional development, career counseling, college success planning, navigating challenges in the workplace, etc. with the goal of building long term resilience through positive encouragement and support.
She believes therapy should be a safe place for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards achieving their goals. She understands the unique circumstances of young people and is able to adapt her approach to meet the needs of each individual. Kellie utilizes several perspectives, including: Trauma-Focused, Strengths Based, Person-Centered, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused.
Kellie sees clients aged 15+ through virtual telehealth sessions only at this time.

Kelly has over 10 years of experience working with teenagers and their families to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, and trauma-related emotional or behavioral difficulties. In her work, she uses numerous approaches, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness and meditation techniques. Kelly also maintains a focus on nutritional wellness throughout her practice. She has particular experience working with adolescents to develop healthy coping strategies to manage anxiety and depression, in addition to extensive experience assisting students and families with academic performance issues and school avoidance. Kelly sees clients ages 12+ through virtual telehealth sessions only at this time.
